Axxess *****ing my Data

Well this is the first time i have this issue with Axxess but its *****ing if i may say this im with axxess from Date Created: 2017-11-30 Next Renewal: 2018-09-01 and i never used up my 50gb data i have in a mounth but since they had and issue with there App and website that you cant see the daily data Usage my data is just disappearing but when you call then what i did for the past 2 days then they tell you will investigate it and get back to you and no response from them and when you actually do get some 1 that can help you after 2 days of asking them whats going on they say sorry sir but IS said that the data was used and we cant do anything about it even tho they no there is something wrong i meen the most i used in a month was 38gb and now with the roll over i had 70gb data that just disappeared just after there app and website issue and they say i have to topup if i want more data wow nice gameplay guys to make more money we just ***** your data so you can buy more

well im tired of letting these guys ***** my data and not doing anything about it
