Axxess *****ing from Clients

I used a VOIP service from Axxess. Where after a few months I realised that they where over charging me for my calls. I called in and logged a complaint. They advised that the fee did not include VAT, even though their advertising did state VAT included, which was 0.69c for cellphones and 0.34c for landline, pure per second billing. This was still incorrect as I was being charged much more even if I added VAT. Up today they have not resolved my issue or even called me back. Needless to say I cancelled my VOIP service. I hope many more people see this, as they are *****ing from their customers.
