Axxess - South Africa , why you should change to another internet provider.

Axxess is a South African based DSL company.

A good price for high download/zero upload speed internet.

Had the worst experience with their support, who misinformed me onabout two different calls about my account status, on how to activate it again.

Their advise? Put down the full payment for a month of uncapped premium internet package, on a saturday 17/11/2018, to activate it immediately.

After following their advice, bearing the withdrawal expenses, depositing the money in cash into their account, then realizing my internet is still not going on, I speak to the same support lady again, who then advised me accounts department will ONLY tend to it Monday, going against her "knowledgeable" advice. I did, however, need my internet to be on at the weekend for work, entertainment, and studying, and fell victim to bad advice from (supposedly) trained staff.

Definitely changing internet providers. Good money wasted.
