When signing up for services it`s just a few clicks no problem. Then we had to cancel and now costing us R2000.00 just to cancel. We checked with them they said to the website and just cancel there which we did. Then 4 months later only to find the signing up proses is simple but leaving not so easy there were extra steps which we tried avoiding in the first place came out of how bad their service really is. They had been debiting us all along knowing we canceled the service now claiming we canceled their service but we had to cancel somewhere else as well how do you do that?
