AXXESS Service sucks

I app**** for a VOIP service on 17 August 2021. Added ALL the required documentation. On 31 August 2021 I called to ask how long does the activation take just to be informed that they are waiting for the documentation. NO Communication from their side. I know all ISP's are in a no-client care mode due to everybody being reliant on them but they can at least show some degree of that they care. I had better service from telkom than axxess
