Axxess service should be minus 1 star. disgusting

Biggest mistake of my life. This is a nightmare of note. on the website, axxess indicates that they will do all the work to transfer the line. THIS IS A LIE. secondly they are billing me even though I don't have an active service. they indicate that the first month is free. ALSO A LIE. I have not even received a router. The customer service is terrible. No one knows what is going on or how to assist the customer. I have never felt so dissatisfied with the service. I should have stayed with telkom. at least there you know to expect bad service.
