Axxess service level agreements

Do you have any Service level agreements with Vumatel ???? I have to call both of you to put you onto a call and still nothing it's like you have never delt with each other or maybe who cares the next call might be better, who do I have to pay to get internet seems this is the only way to get someone to help me, we not re-inventing the wheel. We just need the line to be transferred to Axxess, how is this so hard and how many times must I call and ask for you to assist before you do anything. I cannot believe how hard it is to pick up a phone and sort your clients problem out. If you don't care rather come fetch my modem and make it someone else's problem.
