AXXESS service is NON EXISTENT!!!

I have been hosting many websites with local companies and companies abroad. AND by far AXXESS is the worst. As i just host one small website with them, sometimes i forget to pay the hosting fee, when i do pay it, there system is soooo behind time, an not automated, i have to open a support ticket to request them to un-suspend my domain. Now that ticket takes anywhere from 2 to five days to be answered. In my 15 years of dealing with hosting companies, others answer the ticket within an hour... Axxess is pathetic
