Axxess service is disgusting

Their service sucks you cannot get through on the phone they do not respond to e-mails for nearly a week I have not been able to connect to the internet I need them to collect their modem and release my Vumatel line so I can go to another company who cares and understands client service.

P.S I complained on their facebook page and nothing happened they didn't even bother to respond.
