Axxess service is appalling

I've never been disappointed by an ISP as I have with AXXESS, I have logged numerous calls in the past three weeks about the fact that my internet is down. Everyone who seems to answer the phone has a different theory of what the problem is.

I've even spoken to the manager on site thinking he will have a sense of urgency but no, he promised to call me back but he didn't (more disappointment).

Three weeks without resolution is appalling.
