Axxess service had deteriorated soo badly they couldn't care of they even delivered the service they charged you for or not

if there was a lesser rating i would give it. i have been with Axxess for the past 10 or so years. but certainly the service has deteriorated to drastically i cant believe its the same service provider. from call center agents who cant solve any issues and would just drop the call therefore. to tickets that wont be responded to, to data allocations that wont be there for the month (even though billed for). you request resolution, no resolution still, till the month ends, request a cancellation of service, still they wont cancel, request a refund and again, nobody cares they by the way this wasn't given. you must wait for 2 months to cancel that and we will bill again for the other months of course :( ... surely as a business growing bigger doesn't mean caring less for customer service and turning your supporters into your beggars. i have to wish you luck! your service has been quite pathetic! i used to recommend Axxess to just about everyone starting a business. but now i would be dead before i recommend Axxess to anyone - as i know it now. .
