Axxess service gone down the drain

I Have totally lost faith in their capability to manage the groth of their business. Support has become shocking, tickets are logged and they are closed without any resolution or even contacting the client. Months on end to resolve simple problems and constant back and forth with their support, even driving directly to their offices to face someone... the sad part is i am supposed to resel their products, but no more... i cant constantly have a struggle with days on end without internet... i was without internet for nearly a month the 1st time so no faith that they will resolve the current ticket any faster. Im done with axxess, they have become one big mess and i can no longer refer my clients to such unstable entity. I never believed people before and always came up for axxess in past but now that i have experienced it first hand, im a believer.

Simple tiny little things that could have been resolved weeks ago if you support could just respond to my tickets and not just close them off with no resolution.
