AXXESS SERVICE AND WAIT TIME TERRIBLE

I am a reseller for axxess. When i phone them to activate a service it takes between 30 minutes to a hour for them to answer. I moved away from telkom because of this tipe of service. Try activating 3 fibre lines a day and waiting this long for them to pickup a phone. Their service is terrible and waiting times worst. And they do not have enough people to handle the call load. Stay AWAY. I will myself be looking at alternative solution
