Last week which was pay week i made the payment to have my line activated they confirmed that they received the payment. Now its a week later and they demanding money for apparently not paying. I want a refund and this ******* to be cancelled. They never reached out to activate my fibre they did absolutely nothing to assist

05 Dec 2024, 10:58Axxess has taken the amount of R550 on this payday and now demanding a R600 to cancel a whole week later!! I never got assistance or a router to connect no WiFi details ***kol but they think they in the right to demand more money!! CANCEL THIS **** OR THIS WILL BE ESCALATED
