Axxess's Terrible ADSL

<p>No matter the time of day I can’t get proper torrent speeds. If you ask them about the issue they always make up excuses redirecting the blame from them to someone else. Whilst torrenting I can still stream shows, just shows you how slow the torrents are.</p>
