Axxess "*******"

I am so unhappy with the service Axxess has given me. I moved properties and need to get internet for my new property. The fiber cables have already been laid and just needs internet connection. Therefore i was under the impression that they could transfer my internet services to the new house. Instead, i had to cancel services for the old place only to find out that i would have to pay for these cancelled services for the whole of April. I gave notice 3 days to late and they "cannot" pro-rata this. I have already paid for the whole of March and not using this at the moment as they cannot do a transfer. you have to sign up and pay with a completely new service provider. This means i paid for March (not using this) then i have to pay for the new service provider, then i still have to pay for April usage at the old house. That is a total of almost R2000.00 that i need to pay to get my fiber set up at the new house. Axxess is a *******, how do they expect people to pay this kind of money.. Not recommended.
