Axxess - Ridiculous service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst service I have ever received in my life. I pay R925 for a 50/50 fibre line and yet I cannot stream movies, I cannot make video calls, I cannot play online games basically rendering the fibre line absolutely useless. Strangely, I get asked to run speed tests on the line by plugging the cable directly into my laptop and the speed tests run beyond the 50 megs??? However when using the normal google speed tests, it drops below 9 megs. I have no more than 6 devices connected (please note, not all devices are in use at the same time). Another strange fact, I jump onto my mother in laws 2 meg Telkom wifi line and I am able to do all of the above (except for online gaming) I have called Axxess no less than 17 times since February regarding my speed issue and the answer is always the same, "there is nothing wrong on our side". You honestly going to tell me that none of my devices are "compatible" with your fibre line? The fibre line radius is absolutely ridiculous, if I move more than 10 meters away from the router I lose signal. My first phone call to Axxess was the very day the fibre was installed!! (28 February).
