Axxess Reseller ****
Axxess DSL Re-seller ****
The Axxess DSL re-sellers is always at the losing end when it comes to re-selling the services of Axxess DSL, this causes the re-seller to lose money as well as provide the re-sellers client's of poor services and more than often these re-sellers have to charge their clients more for services than Axxess and other related internet service providers in the market.
The fact is that Axxess DSL is surely NOT a company to resell services for and re-sellers are always treated worse than the Axxess DSL direct client, re-sellers pays more for everything than the public client does, but the idea behind re-sellers is to re-sell services to make a profit, but clearly with Axxess DSL this is not the case.
After several phone calls and emails to Axxess DSL accounts department (Adrian/Anika), escalations manager (Jimmy), sales manager (Dale) and even Whatsapp messaging (Stephanie) to raise my concerns regarding few issues alike.
Overview: Rain LTE-A data sim card: As a re-seller i am forced to purchase sim cards in packs of min 5 at R99 per pack, and pay R197 for delivery by courier to me. When i queried this procedure i was told by Adrian in accounts department that "all Axxess DSL" clients pays for delivery of sim cards, however when i placed the order for 25GB Rain Sim Card Only as a Axxess DSL public client, delivery charge was FREE.
So in FACT the Axxess DSL public client pays R0.00 for delivery and also R0.00 for the sim card. However as a re-seller of Axxess DSL i am forced to buy Rain Sim cards in pack of 5 at R99, and pay R197 courier charges. On top of this the re-seller pays an additional R10 per month per sim card which is not active or allocated with a data package. The discount offered by Axxess DSL for Rain 25GB data package is a mere R21 per month, that is the re-seller's profit. In order to provide my client with a 25GB Rain Sim card it will cost me R297 to get that sim card for my client, then is am left with 4 sim card not activated at R40 per month cost.
How is that rectified, to make R21 profit on a Rain 25GB sim card package it now costs me R297 + R40 per month for the 4 inactive sim cards.
All the other internet Service Providers offers the same Rain 25GB sim card package at R300 per month with FREE delivery to their client, but as a Axxess DSL re-seller i must now charge my client more for the Rain 25GB Sim Card package (Just to recover my costs) and also charge my client courier and delivery charges as well as charge for the sim card.
50% discount Rain and CellC promotion: On 16 August 2018 Access DSL announced their 50% discount promotion for Rain and CellC sim only data packages which is excellent promotion. However the terms and conditions is somewhat different story:
RAIN LTE-Advanced: SIM Only Promotion This promotion is valid for all new and existing clients purchasing a RAIN LTE-Advanced sim-only data service. Axxess will not only cover the delivery fee but also only bill 50% of the activation cost on delivery. Furthermore only 50% of the renewal cost will be billed the month following activation. That’s the first 2 months billing at 50% off the normal cost (activation month counts as month one).
Clients will only start paying the full monthly renewal cost in month three. Please note that service changes such as upgrades, downgrades and cancellations can only be requested from the first renewal month (month three). This Promotion is valid until further notice and includes Resellers but excludes free delivery for Resellers.
Cell C Fixed LTE: SIM Only Promotion This promotion is valid for all new and existing clients purchasing a Cell C LTE-Advanced sim-only data service. Axxess will only bill 50% of the activation cost on delivery. Axxess will also only bill 50% of the renewal cost the month following activation. That's the first 2 months billing at 50% off the normal cost (activation month counts as month one). Clients will only start paying the full monthly cost in month three. Please note that service changes such as upgrades, downgrades and cancellations can only be requested from the first renewal month (month three). This Promotion is valid until further notice and includes Re-sellers.
The Terms & Conditions above clearly states: 1. Axxess will not only cover the delivery fee but also only bill 50% of the activation cost on delivery.
1. Axxess DSL wil not charge for deliver - Yet as a Axxess DSL reseller i am still obligated and forced to purchase Rain Sim cards from Axxess DSL in packs of 5 at R99 and pay R197 delivery charge and pay the R10 additional charges monthly for inactive sim cards.
2. Axxess will not only cover the delivery fee but also only bill 50% of the activation cost on delivery. - "bill 50% of the activation cost on delivery." with emphasis on "cost on delivery" but as soon as you want to place the order on the Axxess web site as a re-seller or a client you must immediately pay "pro-rate" for the sim card.
When i called Axxess DSL regarding this they said they no longer charge Zero rand but 50% discount and this applies to all LTE products. Access DSL will charge you pro-rata for the data and once the sim card is delivered to the client or re-seller they will "credit" the actual balance for the "pro-rata" data received.
The above "Terms & Conditions" clearly states otherwise: 1. Axxess will not only cover the delivery fee but also only bill 50% of the activation cost on delivery. - FREE delivery, Axxess DSL will cover the delivery costs. - Axxess DSL will only bill 50% of the activation cost on delivery.
Why do you have to pay for any pro-rata charges on order, when its clear in Axxess DSL terms and conditions that they will only bill 50% of the activation cost on delivery?
When i queried the "pro-rata" billing issue with Axxess DSL escalations manager Jimmy, i was told that the terms and conditions for Axxess DSL re-sellers is "different" than that of the public clients, but i pointed out that it is exactly the same as the link on the order page takes me directly to their terms and conditions on their web site - The same terms and conditions displayed to the public.
The terms & conditions displayed on the Axxess DSL web site implies clearly that i can offer my client 50% discount on the Sim only packages for Rain as well as CellC, and that the billing only starts once the sim card is delivered, and as such i advertise the product with these conditions, only to learn that i have to now pay "pro-rate" for allocated data when the sim card is delivered and activated and that i will get a credit for the balance. However how does the re-seller communicate this the their clients?
The first instance is that the client is promised "pro-rata" data allocation on the day of the order, and the client pays for that, then the sim card is delivered up to 10 days later, and the "pro-rata" data is less than the client paid for in the first place - Now the client is due for credit also, however Axxess DSL does not pay the client or re-seller back, they provide "credit" on the account, in other words Axxess DSL is always sitting with clients and re-sellers moneys in "credit" for at least 30 days.
My questions to Axxess DSL today is: 1. Why do you always want to **** your re-sellers? 2. Why is re-sellers forced to buy Rain sim cards in packs? 3. Why does re-seller pay for delivery charges of Rain sim card packs while the public get it for free? 4. Why do the re-seller have to stock Rain sim cards to provision data to clients, whilst the delivery of the Rain sim card can be directly to the client (As it always was, and as it is the moral practice with ANY OTHER internet service provider, providing the same service) 5. Why does the re-seller pay R10 per month for inactive sim cards - It is inactive! And the fact is that the sim card belongs to the re-seller - the re-seller PAID for the sim card and delivery there-off.
Access Re-Seller is a ****, and the only people to benefit from Axxess DSL re-seller is Axxess DSL, the re-seller is and always LOSES out, i have many and several examples of how Axxess DSL is manipulation and monopolizing the internet industry.
The FACT is that Axxess DSL creates COMPETITION to their own re-sellers, as re-sllers must compete with Axxess and other internet service providers by selling these services to their clients at much higher rates and prices just to make a small profit, and at the end IT IS NOT WORTH SELLING AXXESS DSL services at all - Why does Axxess then even have re-sellers, re-sellers are the people bringing business to Axxess DSL, sadly public clients are the people paying for Axxess DSL re-seller unfairness.
Axxess DSL Re-sellers makes no profit at all from selling Axxess DSL services to their clients - I mean come on, making R1 profit on some Axxess DSL services does not even cover the re-seller's costs at all.
Since i have tried everything possible to have my concerns raised with relevant managers and also the sales manager (Dale) at Axxess DSL, and being trown a cold shoulder and a deaf ear to my very valid arguments above, i have resorted to these measures - After all as a re-seller of Axxess DSL, the FACT still remains that i am and still remains A CLIENT with rights.
Any other Axxess DSL re-sellers feel the same as i do, raise your voice and concerns - We as re-sellers needs and insists on better treatment and fair business ethics from Axxess DSL. Other Axxess DSL re-sellers i strongly encourage you to comment below.
