Axxess refuses to replace ONT device

My ONT device cannot be powered by a normal standard mini UPS with 12v DV Jack.

The ONT has an 8pin power plug on it , hence why I cannot power it up during loadshedding.

Axxess has the cheeck to tell me its impossible to get a new ONT device... How?

It can only be replaced if its faulty they say... So I must now live without my internet when it load shedding i.e.. more than 20% or 30% of the time I cannot use my internet but I must still pay for the full month?

@Axxess: I expect you to get me a new ONT device which I can power up with my UPS or you get me an adaptor cable or you cut my monthly premium with 30% since I don't have access to your internet 30% of the time.

I have sent multiple emails now and nothing is being done to my situation.

What is your plan?
