Axxess quick to sell slow to resolve

The level of service and bureaucracy is appalling. To summarise:

1. Signed up for 100meg fibre connection migrated from another ISP 2. Line speed occasionally hits 90meg but mostly below 50meg 3. Latency is far higher than previous ISP 4. Reach out numerous times to Axxess who then blame my hardware, the same hardware that was working perfectly with the previous ISP 5. Cancel connection - told it will take two months to cancel, every other ISP will cancel and release on the day 6. Cancellation fee charged twice 7. Ask for refund - told it will take two weeks to refund R999

Axxess used to be ISP of the year and I can understand why they are no longer the title-holders.
