Axxess provides poor support for hosting clients

Axxess don't reply to tickets, they don't even answer phone calls when they need to they just suspend your service for exceeding a quota even by 100mb without notice, worse they dropped CPANEL which was convenient, they use CWP a uses bootstrap styled dashboard for clients a free solution for paying customers, they don't drop their prices when they offer open source solutions instead more problems with no support, we hope our problem with enterprisewebsites.co.za will be solved and our website will go live soon this is totally unacceptable for a leading ISP in South Africa, this will change if the is a systematic issue with your company, they need to hire more staff instead of quick fixes.
