Signed up for 250/250Mbps. When they activated, max speed is 5/5Mbps. Been struggling with them for a week, and each day same excuse and request: "It's currently with tech team, we're looking at it. Please send screenshot of speed tests". I have sent NUMEROUS screenshots, with laptop even connected directly to the ONT. I am at wit's end with their support service (or rather lack thereof). So either they have to get their act together, or lose me as a customer.
