Axxess Poor Services and no cordination ,support phone takes you to hold for 1hour without feedback

this guys are doing ***** and cannot do their axccount work ,they just run computer generated work and leave the client in a mess. i regret buying their services . i did top up ,i paid monthly subscription send them proof of payment . untill now line is inactive and all they sen is please pay R299. Adrian Pillay ,Catherine Jansen. Company is running a ***** as i paid for services on the 26th June 2020 untill now am in a ****hole.
