Axxess poor services

My Clients websites and emails have been down for 2 straight days. I cannot get a hold of them over the phone and they do not respond to email or ticket requests. Its not the first time this has happened. I would not advise anyone to move their clients to Axxess. They are the worst internet service provider in South Africa.
