Axxess poor service

Absolute shocking with poor services.

Double billing and the explain we got two line st our house, not physical possible. Ask over the phone and website to rectify without any support at all. Taking more than month to come back to explain why and who disconnected my services.

Request management to call not coming back with several tickets not answered.
