Axxess poor service and products

I signed up for an LTE service a month ago, which is a Cell C service. I've had no more than 4 MB speed, for a month. Today I topped up my data and so far, for 9 hours, Ive not received my top up. Ive been told twice, calling in to support, obviously costing me cellphone call costs, holding for a few minutes, at 12.30 and 18.30, that a supervisor will sort it out, I still have no top up, it's 20.40. When I tried to cancel a day after noticing the poor connection speeds, I was told it would cost me R999 to cancel before 6 months of service. SO, Im held to a 6 month jail term with these idiots or pay R1000 to get out of jail "free". Stay away from Axxess.
