servers dont work properly. and the support just sucks and the support dont care about their customers. Been waiting a week for their support to fix the 403 forbidden i was told by sandile it would get resolved and he would call me and its been a week with no replies to my emails or calls from support. If you looking for hosting find someone else because they have zero support
