Axxess poor service

Been a client with this service provider for almost 4 yrs. It started off well and to date the service has declined. My query was I paid for a top up which I never used and on paying my monthly package the top up cost was deducted and I was not informed that it was unpaid.

I My bank account was hacked and due to thet I am no gone back to manual cash deposits. From Axxess they never inform you of any unpaid payment they just block your service. It cost me more on airtime to keep calling them only to be given another excuse as to why the service has been blocked.

I guess like lost business when you have alot of clientele the initial customers like myself that has been supportive since the beginning just don't matter.

Please call a client if there are issue,not all of us sit behind a desk to read e-mails. Not happy at all
