Axxess poor delivery and communication

You introduced a free website builder via e-mail. I tried to build it, but only get a domain name. The rest I could not use because of the program. Okay, I tried numerous times to cancel this via phone and e-mail. Now, after all I did to stop this, you want to bill me for something I could not use and was never live on the internet?? Is this a ****? What are your intensions? When I were your client, I always spoke good about your services. I cancelled my contract 22/09/2016.
