Axxess - pateties

I have been waiting for 7 days to get a active wifi after I moved house. I went to the offices in PE and did everything needed. Then suddenly they wanted this and that ( claiming they wend emails to me ). Today they are asking the same questions as a week ago. What a joke. Last week I thought they were great. But today I think it’s a joke
