They arranged somoene to come and install our fibre line at our new house over the weekend and the guy literally just didn't pitch without letting us know. If you want to follow up or lay a complaint, they advise you to call back Monday. Had to cancel plans and everything to make myself available and the dude's just a no show. Very *** service, should have stayed with Afrihost
