Axxess / Openserve useless combo.

Having a LTE service with them was really good even the cancellation process online was excellent. NOW the issue I have is: I ordered a fiber line through Axxess "Openserve" and got the router 3 days after the order but till today since the order on the 30th of March I have to lick peoples behind to get answers on why Openserve has not contacted me to schedule a time, and the more I tell Axxess that the connection is urgent the more apologies I get instead of a solution to serve a client asap they escalate the issue but it does not help at all. Really thinking of looking at another provide "Wait what!! Openserve is the only provider in my area?!" Guess i's stuck waiting for these clowns to phone Me.
