Axxess ....oor service and cannot deliver what it charges for.

I joined Axxess some time ago and selected the top deal ...lte /mtn. At first the service/speed was good. I pay for up to 200Mbps. I now experience between .03 to 12Mbps. I dealt with support but the help they gave me did nothing to help me. At the moment it is 10Mbps. I cannot watch TV at night because the speed drops so low and the picture buffers. It is theft to sell a top product at a top price but not deliver .
