AXXESS - ONLY COMPLAINTS & NO COMPLIMENTS - IT FIGURES!!!

In July I requested to cancel my service only to be told I can only do so in September. When I contacted them on the 2/09/2019 as their service centre is closed on Sundays, I was told that I have to give them a calendar-month notice period. Talk about being adamant and cheap. All other service providers allow you to cancel in the same month. Save yourself headaches in future and use a service provider that doesn't use every opportunity to usurp your hard-earned money. Despite NOT wanting the service, it is forced down your throat and you are forced to pay. One wonders how such pathetic companies exist in an age where service is a priority. Also makes sense why AXXESS is a business that DOESN'T respond on HELLOPETER as they would be inundated with claims! Next stop, ICASA!
