AXXESS NOT SO GREAT

My business partner opened an account with Axxeess in order for us to get LTE usage. I was not aware that a WordPress was also purchased, which we did not need. However, this was our mistake and I blissfully paid for "WIFI" for quite some time, and not checking that I also paid for WordPress. My issue with the company was that while we never used the Word press not one company employee made me aware that I was paying for a service not being used. It was only when I decided to cut costs to my company that I scrutinised my bills and stumbled on this. I immediately contacted them and their flippant reply was, "DO YOU WANT TO CANCEL?" Not, sorry we did not pick this up, or can we offer you a credit! I think service providers have become worse over the years and extremely greedy. Milking customers where they can.
