AXXESS NOT GOOD WITH VOIP BEWARE

Would just like to warn people especially if you own a business do not take a VOIP line with Axxess. Over the past year we have had problems if customers phone it rings but not on the physical telephone. Yesterday our line was answered with a " THE NUMBER YOUVE DIALED DOES NOT EXIST" After spending numerous calls to your technical department, and being on hold for 30 minutes I got cut off.
