Axxess not for anyone

Looks like I'm in a constant battle with my self and not with Axxess. I ordered a Fiber line on the 30th of March, site survey was only done on the 28th of April and Installation done only on the 7th of May. Fiber is installed only after the so called 30 day waiting time but the line does not work and they told Me that I need to wait another 14 Days before they can fix the issue that will put me on a 55 day waiting period. I keep sending ticket after ticket after ticket and I never get a reply they eventually got back with an alternative for LTE until I get my fiber, I was supposed to get that yesterday the 11th of May and even tried to follow up to speak to a manager that would of come back to Me and never did. I followed up this morning again to speak to that same manager and once again got told that he would get back to Me but no luck. Guys please if you are looking for good service and great response times please don't use Axxess they will keep buying time for themselves and keep you out of the loop as far as possible till you eventually give up. I have never even in my life had this type of experience.
