Axxess not coming to the party

I received fibre (MetroFibre) at my home on 20 March 2020 and did a speed test that same day with 15/15Mbs result. I have been paying for 50/50Mbs since 20 March 2020. I have probably submitted 50 support tickets since then. I am still getting 15/15Mbs THREE months later. Is there anyone that can help me?
