AXXESS - non-exitent service

Despicable, non-existent, could-not-care-less customer service from AXXESS. I signed up mid January 2024. Been disconnected 5 times due to "device moved to different location". My device is NEVER moved and remains in the same spot 24/7. Their tech team is apathetic and unable to permanently resolve the issue. Each time the device is locked they unlock a few hours later. They are unable to tell me why this continues to happen and are unable to rectify the matter. Sick of getting emails stating "We have received your communications. For your reference, we have assigned it a ticket id of.....". They then action NOTHING on their end. Really regret signing up with them
