Axxess no use in managing Telkom on your behalf

I have been paying for almost a month for a 20Meg line which I had installed about a year ago. Axxess as my ISP manages my Telkom line as well but I could just as well do it myself. When they don't get answers from Telkom, they pass the buck back to the client. All feedback I got was that its escalated to Telkom and They will phone me. Thats it. Nothing further for the last two days. Pathetic service indeed and by the looks of it now senior involvement. Is Axxess run by a bunch of kids only??? I will not recommend this ISP AT ALL!!! Rather go to the edge of a dam or on the rocks at the sea, and through your money away.... same effect.
