Axxess no support on weekends

Rediculous. Axxess has really gone down the drain! Been with them for so many years and their level of customer support now is horrible. I cannot understand how they dont have proper lines support on weekenda. Had a query which lasted the whole week and still wasnt resolved by Friday. Now trying to get feedback on Saturday and i get told sorry the lines dept iant available on weekends... That is such bullsh**. So basically if u need assistance you are stuck till monday. All i need is for someone to phone vumatel and find out what is happenning with my line activation and i get told nobody can help me on a weekend...i dont even need an installation.. Just an activation of the existing line... This is rediculous.. And obviously you can't phone vumatel directly!!
