Axxess no service

Utterly useless. Zero customer service. More frustrating to deal with than Hellkom. Fibre line down for consecutive day 2 now, no feedback from axxess except that the line must be faulty for 48 hrs before they will act. Well it is, and now??!! Do also try to get through on the callcentre!!! Skip the useless intermediary and go straight with Hellkom. Even they are better.
