Axxess no longer what they used to be

Once one of the best, if not the best ISP in South Africa, how the might have fallen. After numerous referrals to you guys, I have to say, your service has become pathetic. Technical staff, who not only couldn't care to assist, but are also *********** who do not do the basic troubleshooting. I have to say, I will never refer any one to you again, instead I will refer them to your competitors.
