Axxess no Internet connectivity

Have no internet since yesterday and. Logged so many queries but all the agents know to say is the fault is logged and do not know what the turn around times it

24 hours now and no internet connectivity

I work from home and this is not interrupting my work and losing me money, Need them to help asap or I will cancel the services.
