Axxess no fibre should be the name

The absolute worst service been without fibre for 3 weeks probably on an hour lur o2 a day. Then they blame openserve. Openserve came changed ONP box and fixed the pole. Still same storry fibre on from 12 at night until about 7 then off comes on for 1 hour then off. Absolutely no assistance from Axxes what so ever. But when its time to pay they even have the odasity to give price increases. This is the most absolute worst service i have ever seen.
