AXXESS - NO CLIENT SERVICE AND NO FEEDBACK

We bought a LTE and was told the card was already RICA'd.

We can not connect and no one at Axxess can seem to sort out the problem, in the meantime we have to buy mobile data and it is expensive.

I have spoken to various persons, they all tell me the same thing, but yet no one is making this a priority to sort this out.

It is pathetic that no one can just make this their responsibility and sort it out...will never recommend this to any one.
