Axxess nightmare

Dealing with Axxess has now become a 2 day nightmare. I saw on their website the mobile router I chose. I wanted to order this router with a sim and 15 GB at R249 p.m. They were great creating an account for me. I went to the website, selected Mobile Routers, it said "no match found for your search". I selected the 15GB but nowhere did it give me the option to order a sim card. When I went to payment details it showed a credit card which I don't have and clicking on the option to change this to debit order on my cheque a/c would not respond. I received an invoice for the pro rata amount due now when I'm still trying to order the router and sim card. What on earth is going on???
