****my ISP, lock you into a 3 month retention program without showing you the T&Cs. unable to upgrade or subsequently cancel the 3 month comitmment, after stricly only signing up as it was month- month.

but as i tried to cancel my service, I got baited with a 50% discount, 3 month retention program, that locked you in and made one unable to leave/upgrade/downgrade - no flexibility
