AXXESS - much better ISPs out there!!!

We recently moved and ordered a fibre service from Axxess. At peak times the speeds are very slow. They also have a 120GIG FUP - after which you get throttled to the point where you cannot even view a gumtree ad.... Now 120GIG is very low in today's internet world. The last game my son bought on Xbox one had an 80GIG update. If you shop around you will see better FUP at the competitors. So the deal may look great from Axxess, but beware that if you want to USE the internet really, it is not the provider to deal with. And on anther point. They drag their feet with technical issues. E-mails get a generic reply, and then the complaint does not get read properly, meaning sometimes weeks to get to the bottom of a technical issue. I have had much better service at other providers in the past. Needless to say I paid the penalties to cancel so I could move to a better provider.
