Axxess Mr Milani Modi

So I was having trouble with my internet connectivity.. I called telkom and they advised that I should call Axxes... I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Milano Modi.. And I was furious as I am stressing about work and not getting the immediate assistance that I wanted.. I was extremely impatient and upset ad somewhat rude and vulgar... But this man was extremely calm and patient and called me back twice even when the call cut and as my brother said I was a Karen towards... At the end of teh call I thanked him for putting up with my ****ty ways and his patience... But I would like to thank him again for having to put up with me and apologize to him that I unlike him don't deal well with pressure.. Axxess Mr Milani Modi is a gem!
